Won has been a key driver in growing our advisory capabilities and leading strategic tax initiatives. Her professional philosophy focuses on creating a positive environment that balances autonomy with coaching and encouragement to foster mutual trust and respect. Won values the dynamism of each workday, which allows her to serve clients in their changing needs with ever-evolving tax laws and regulations.

Won graduated from Mililani High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa before becoming a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Hawaii. Won first joined N&K in 2003 as an Associate and became a Principal in 2023.



Won’s community and industry involvements include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, and CPAmerica.
