As the leader of the firm's Quality Control Standards, Lawrence stands by the expectation that without quality, nothing else matters. He prides himself on his commitment to excellent client service, continuous use of automation, and his specialization in the construction industry.

Lawrence graduated from Iolani School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating cum laude from the University of San Francisco. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Hawaii and a Certified Global Management Accountant. Since joining N&K as a Principal in 2014, Lawrence has trained, coached, and mentored numerous staff members to support their professional growth, especially in adopting new methods and standards smoothly.



His community and industry involvements include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, CPAmerica, Construction Financial Management Association’s Hawaii Chapter (Director), ESOP Association’s Hawaii Chapter, and the Masonry Construction Charitable Fund (Director).
