Blake leads the firm's operations, sets strategic direction, and is focused on delivering exceptional client relationships and service excellence. He is committed to mentoring the team and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with organizational goals. Blake champions inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, with a deep understanding of the multi-generational workforce.

Blake graduated from Aiea High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa before becoming a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Hawaii and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Blake joined N&K in 1999 as an Associate, was promoted to Principal in 2013, and became Managing Principal in 2018.

His community and industry involvements include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants, CPAmerica, Boy Scouts of America Aloha Council (Board Member), Hawaii Food & Wine Festival (Committee Member), and the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce (Board Member).
